This month's Color Swatch challenge was hosted by a new designer at DHD, Agnes Biro. The photos I chose had some of the colors in them. It was about time I scrapped something from my 2008 trip to Chicago, since I'll be going there again in a few weeks.
The Inspiration challenge this month was to use a vintage World War I or II poster as the basis for the layout. I looked and looked and looked and then this one jumped out at me. It ended up being the challenge winner for April!
And then there was the Journaling challenge, to use word strips in the journaling, not as embellies. I had a huge collection of word strips that provided the springboard for this one. I used a line from the chorus of a George Canyon song as the title.
