A Companion Piece

My visit to Washington, DC in May 2010 was primarily to attend the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses' National Teaching Institute, and secondarily to see the sights. We spent the Saturday on the Mall, seeing a significant number of historic landmarks, including the Viet Nam Memorial. Everywhere we went we met nurses from somewhere. Then Sunday when we went to Arlington National Cemetery with Angela and Kami from Louisiana, we bumped into some nurses from North Dakota who were only too willing to take a group photo in exchange for me taking theirs. We were near the Nurses of the Spanish American War Monument in the section of the cemetery dedicated to nurses at the time, of course. This page was made as a companion to the one about Mabel Berry.
